Wiki Facility billing - orthopedic cases

As a hospital (not ASC) are we allowed to bill for screws etc. in orthopedic cases?
Per my understanding in the HCPCS book, these codes can not be billed.

What kind of surgery is it? Our material management orders and we bill for implants and the like as supplies. I don't use a lot of HCPCS, generally speaking...
