could use some help in coding of lesion removal. .

Op notes reads :
Following the administration of local anesthesia, the patient was prepped and draped in the usual sterile ophthalmic fashion. An incision was made in the upper eyelid skin lines approximately 8mm above the lashes. Careful dissection was done through the muscle layer to the orbital septum and then down to expose a cystic mass in the right upper eyelid. This was excised completely and sent to pathology. The wound was closed using deep horizontal mattress sutures of 5-0 Vicryl and the skin was closed using a running 6-0 chromic suture. Maxitrol ointment was applied. The eye shielded. Patient tolerated the procedure well.

Pathology report came back as follicular cyst.

would I use integumentary codes or 67935?

I agree with 67810. Since the op report says dissection down to muscle and deep sutures were used, I don't think it would be appropriate to use a skin code.
