can anyone assist me with a procedure code for extensor mechanism reconstruction w/ prolene mesh , patella fracture repair was also performed in the same session. this patient is status post TKA as well. thanks for your time in advance

Just thinking off the top of my head here. My guess is that the extensor repair is going to bundle with the fracture.
