Wiki Exposed Venous Access port/Need for intravenous access

I need help finding the DX code for exposed venous access port and need for intravenous access. Thanks in advance!

Since there is a complication with the existing port use Dx 996.74. There is no Dx for "need for intravenous access" I would code the underlying condition.
