I need some help!!
Dr. did exploratory laparotomy with extensive lysis of adhesions, then a small bowel resection. He then did a cholecystectomy.
Would I use codes 47600 and 44120 together?

When I check the NCCI edits, it does not show the 44120 with 47600. Am I to assume that I cannot use 44120 at all???
Any help with this would be appreciated.
