I need some help with surgery for thyroid. 1st surgery Thyroid Lobectomy with contralateral subtotal lobectomy, including isthmusectomy RT. Path report came back Malig. 2nd surgery same LT side. Path report comes back B-9. How should a code for this? both 2nd surgery DX and modifiers. I appreciate everyones help
