Wiki Excision of Nail plate and Resection of Nail bed - patient diagnosed

Dear All,

I have scenario in my work as follows: patient diagnosed with nail defect and doctor wants to perform excision of nail plate and resection of Nail bed. Can we bill 11750 and wedge resection. Since it is a elective case i don't have the OT notes. Kindly guide me.
