Wiki Excision of indwelling stent, basilic vein

I need some direction on this excision. The documentation states " excision, painful indwelling stent; transposed basilic vein, left upper arm". The physician actually excised the stent and ligated both ends of the basilic vein. No clue on what CPT to use.
