Wiki Excision of cyst on a fallopian tube with torsion during a c-section

The cystic portion of the distal torsion was isolated, Hemostat placed across this and it was excised and sent to pathology. This was during a C-section with bilateral salpingectomy. Am I able to bill for this since she did remove the cyst before removing the fallopian tube and at the same time as a C-section? Any help appreciated! Thanks

Probably not if the section removed with the cyst would have been removed in total otherwise. And I don't see a modifier -22 as a possibility with this description either. Some are easy, some are hard.
