Wiki Excision of benign lesions

If i am trying to code an excision on the buttocks, what code do I use? I see listings for trunk,arms,legs, scalp,neck,hands,feet,genitalia,face,ears,eyelids,nose,lips,mucous membranes but, I'm not sure where to put the buttocks entry.
