Can someone please help me I am not sure if I should code 11442 alone or with 40520. See below operative report. The pathology came back as benign.

POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Hemangioma upper lip
PROCEDURE: Resection of hemangioma blood vessels upper lip with bipedicle flap and advancement flap closure

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE: With the patient correctly identified in the supine position, general endotracheal anesthesia was induced. Time out was performed. She was prepped with Betadine and draped with sterile towels and Xylocaine with epinephrine injected. Two separate incisions were made, one linear and one as a V-excision including mucosa overlying the main part of the lesion. Feeding vessels were ligated with Vicryl suture and additionally coagulated. After the lesion was excised, one wound was closed primarily and the other advanced after the mucosa was undermined laterally. This wound was closed both the Monocryl suture deep and nylon suture on the skin
