I am thinking 27360, but am not sure. Please help.
incision was made over hard palpable nodule in the popliteal fossa area measuring about 2-3 cm. Dissection continued down. There was a bony nodule that appeared to be possibly the fabella but it was coming off the common hamstring tendon and it was right underneath in the subfascial plane. I retracted all structures. There was no evidence of
large vascular structures. I controlled all bleeding during the dissection. I removed the bony nodule which measured about 1.5 x 1.5 cm.
