Wiki Excision 3 breast masses

Patient with 3 separate right breast fibroadenomas. My physician made an incision from the 12:00 to the 3:00 position on the patient's breast. She then excised the 3 fibroadenomas. Is this just coded with 19120 ?

Yes only one 19120, you can only code multiple units if multiple incisions were made.

Edit: I forgot to say that 19120 is also for multiple lesions so 19120 can only be used once regardless.
