Wiki Exc. of granuloma of stoma

I'm looking for a cpt for excision of granuloma of stoma. 11401 specifies subq tissue, so that doesn't seem appropriate because its the intestine. I looked at 44020 but that requires an abdominal excision. I'm stumped.
