Hi- can anyone give me some direction, for exam musculoskeletal system would your provider recive credit for addressing that system if the only comment is "patient in wheelchair". Place of service for this comment is typically in an SNF.

no that does not give credit for anything. if he wants to use that for gait it needs to be worded better.
