Hello,
I am wondering, when reading a radiology report of a T-spine, and the radiologist says "there is evidence of metastasis to the bone", do we code that as secondary bone cancer, based on the radiology evidence? Thanks very much.
So to make this very simple. Is the Word "evidence" in a radiology report good enough to code the diagnosis???
