event monitoring - new to cardio - please help

can somebody help me understand the correct way to code an event monitor if the physician places the monitor, and reviews & interprets the report, but the device company does the recording, transmission & analysis? would it be appropriate to ever bill 93268 for this or would both parties have to bill the appropriate 9327* codes?
