I have never done CV Surgery before.. so I'm needing some help with a few of these procedures. I'm not sure where to start with this one! :confused:

I'm still very new at this myself but I can tell you what I know. Try looking at 34800 - Endovascular repair of infarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm or dissection; using aorto-aortic tube prosthesis.

34812 - Open femoral artery exposure for delivery of endovascular prosthesis, by groin incision, unilateral. Use the modifier -50 or -RT, LT depending on insurance carrier

75952 is one of your ultrasound codes.

I hope this at least gives you something to start with and build on.
 
EVAR repair

If you could post the report that would be helpful. It will depend on the type of graft used,if there was placement of extension prothesis. ::;)
