Good morning, just looking for some assistance on how to code this scenario. Patient is Autistic, that is why the Dr. did all the procedures mentioned below in the OR. I'm not sure if I can bill for the pap smear. Thank you for any assistance.

4. REMOVAL/REINSERTION OF IUD

1. The EUA bundles with just about anything else you could possibly perform
2. As long as the PAP was screening and not diagnostic, I would code Q0091 if the carrier recognizes and pays for Q0091

4. 58301, 58300. J code for the type of IUD (with 0 charge if you didn't provide the device)
