Good Afternoon - Is there anyone out there billing for PH probe testing in the office setting? are you having any issues with insurances carriers reimbursing ENT's for this procedure? Do you have mid-levels billing this service? My physician is in the process of purchasing this equipment, but years ago I thought I had seen issues with this code being reimbursed to ENT's. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have not seen this performed in Otolaryngology offices. It is usually performed in GI offices. I suggest you query your major payers to find out if they will cover the service before purchasing the equipment.
