I know I seen this question before but I cant seem to find the forum for it . For Removal of port a cath cpt code 36590 , what diagnosis do you normally bill with it ?

we use v58.81

we also use V58.81, and if the patient had the cath for cancer and is finished with treatment, we use the hx of as a secondary dx (v10.XX)
