Can anyone tell me if the op report states:

"The bile duct was deeply cannulated with a short-nose traction sphincterotome. Contrast was injected. I personally interpreted the bile duct images" Can I bill for a radiology code? If so, which one?

Thanks

I assume that this doc is not a GI doc?
74328, but with a 52 modifier since the interpreting doc did not do the supervising of the procedure.
If a GI doc. then drop the 52 mod, since the GI doc we assume did the procedure. Add 26 mod also as always.

If not a GI doc, and you work in a hospital, you may get a dupe since the GI dept also would submit this charge.
