Wiki ER Physician Employeed Versus Contracted billing

In the case of the ER physician being contracted with a hospital versus being employeed with the hospital: If he/she is employeed with the hospital, do you code both professional and technical?? Or global?? I know if he/she is contracted, it global but was unsure when they are employeed with facility. Thanks in advance
