I am coding for the physical time during an ER vist, here is his note:

Pleasant 44yo Male presents with a laceration on his right arm after a piece of glass fell on him. He was replacing a window earlier today at work when a small piece of glass fell hitting is arm. No other concerns at present.

EXT: over right antecubital fossa, 10mm laceration extending into dermis but not through, scant bleeding present

A/P
1. Superficial laceration-- area was irrigated, then cleaned with alcohol prep before closed using dermabond. Steril dressing place over surface. Patient instructed to keep area clean and resume activity as tolerated. If swelling redness increased pain develop return for evaluation.

My question is: can you bill for a level and laceration repair?
