Wiki ER Coding - i have a patient that presents

If i have a patient that presents with abdominal pain, CT is ordered and an incidental finding of Renal Cyst is found, but not added to the final DX should I pick up the code for the renal cyst? I am confused because I am not finding an answer in the Outpatient guidelines....Please help!!!!

if it is documented in the report by the radiologist tthen you may add it as a secondary dx code, but only if you are coding outpatient.
