Does anyone have a Coding Resource that they would recommend for ER physician coding? Looking to purchase books since I am new to this speciality.

Hi Lori,
You are going to find that coding resource books are going to be by opinion, my personal best for an ER resource is the Optum Coding Companion for the ER and they use Primary Care and Pediatrics with Emergency Room now.. but it is a GREAT resource.
We each have our own personal best....some even have google now..you are going to have to try each and see which you like the best!!
