LOOKING INTO HIRING A NEW DOC THAT DOES EPIDURAL INJECTIONS IN THE OFFICE HOW DO YOU BILL FOR THIS? DO YOU GET TO CHARGE A FACILITY FEE?:confused:
 
Epidurals in the office

Our office bills for Epidurals both in the office AND as outpatients. (One doc prefers to do them outpt)
We own a fluoro machine and bill globally for the fluoroscopic guidance in our office. We aren't an ASC so can't bill that way. We bill for the drug given, ie Depo Medrol. So three codes...62311, 77003, and the Depo.
