Wiki Epididymectomy......Inguinal Approach????

PLEASE HELP!!

My Doc performed an Left Epididymectomy, Inguinal Exploration on a patient for an Epididymal Mass. I am at a loss coding this. The only thing I can find is for a scrotal approach. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can get this code from? Or is Unlisted Procedure my only option??? Which I really don't want to use??

Epididymectomy inguinal approach

I am encountering this exact scenario and am having trouble finding the appropriate CPT code.
