Can someone assist me, patient came in 10 days after a Tonsillectomy with

Preoperative Diagnosis: Retianed Eschat Left Tonsil Fossa

Surgical Procedure: Ponticaine 2% topical spray applied to posterior pharynx. Sunctioned right and left tonsil fossa and no bleeding encounter.

Now I understand this probablu will fall under the post operative period, but I still need to code this office surgery.

Anyone know a code or is this consider just a office visit and not a surgical procedure as the doctor scheduled.
