I have a question about excision of a nasal lesion with nasal endoscopy. I have 31231 for the endoscopy but the only code I see for excision of a nasal lesion is 30117. This code describes destruction using laser and cryosurgery. They didn't use any of these just excised the lesion.

Have you looked at 31237? The lay description says 'any identified lesions can be removed'.....
