Hello All,
What is the CPT code; an office visit; private practice;
Dx: stool impaction, abdominal pain, sever constipation
procedure: enema; stool disimpaction

The code will depend on what was documented. Look at CPT 91123. If pulsed irrigation was not used to disimpact, an E&M code would be used.
