Not sure how to code this. Is there even enough information to code this? I've attached the OP report. Thanks.

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Anterolateral and posterior compartment syndrome,
right leg.

POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Anterolateral and posterior compartment syndrome,
right leg.

OPERATION: Endothermal compartment release.

TOURNIQUET TIME: 12 minutes.

ESTIMATED BLOOD LOSS: Minimal.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCEDURE: The patient was taken to operating room, the right leg was prepped and draped in usual fashion. Anterolateral portals were made. Fascia was then incised in natural compartment, incised carefully and using endothermal release, the anterior fascia was released under direct vision. The septum was avoided and care was taken to avoid injury to superficial peroneal nerve. There was no significant bleeding encountered. The scope was withdrawn and then the posteromedial incision was made proximally. The skin and subcutaneous divided. The fascia was identified and was pierced carefully with a knife and using electrothermal control was divided carefully proximally and distally. There was no significant bleeding encountered. The wound was irrigated and closed in layers. The sterile dressings were placed. The patient was taken to the recovery room in stable condition. No complications encountered.
