Wiki Endoscopic Cubital Release - I work in an ASC

I work in an ASC and one of my Doctor's are performing an Endoscopic Cubital Release for a medicare patient. He says I can use 64718 for an Endoscopic Cubital Release. I thought I could only use the unlisted code 29999. Any help would be great. I also need some documentation on this.

I was just in a meeting today where the speaker, Margie Scalley Vaught, said to use unlisted code 29999.

I agree with using 29999, and in your letter that you send with your documentation, you can compare to code 64718.
