Wiki Endo repair of pseudonneurysm Cartotid orgin

HI! I am need of assistance PLEASE.

Pt had a heart cath with a catheter placement in the neck via commom carotid.

Sometime later pt had pseudoaneurysm in that area. A endovascular repair was done with a 8mm x 2.5 mm Gore Viabahn endograft in Rt Carotid Orgin, via Lt femoral percutaneous left common femerol access.

Complete innominate angio was done.

I am torn on what to code..Any ideas anyone!

Hi, My doctor also uses Gore, although I have never had to code an endovascular repair of the common carotid.
