Please read the following report and help me with the correct coding.

1st this patient also had a normal colo as well

In the perpyloric antrum there was a pedunculated 5 to 7 mm. polyp which was immediately adjacent to the pylorus. This was snared . Some bleeding was encountered so it was cauterized and injected with epinephrine 1cc. 1:10,000. They pylorus was patent. The duodenal bulb and descending duodenum were unremarkable.

If I can bill multiple endo procedures which should have the modifier?

From what you gave:

43251 egd with snare and the dx would be 211.1 plus the indication. You would not code the injection since it was done to control bleed caused by the procedure itself from the sounds of it.

No idea about the colon since there was nothing given.

Also, no need for the 51 modifier to show multiple procedures. You'll want to check with the payor if they want one but most don't anymore.
