Would appreciate any help with coding the following: endarterectomy of the proximal anastomosis of a femoral popliteal bypass graft with bovine pericardial patch. This was essentially accomplished by an open incision over the graft, incision into the proximal anastomosis,clamps applied to the blood vessels and plaque was removed using Bebakey forceps and then a bovine pericardial patch was applied. Would this be coded as 35371?
