a patient is seen in the their own home. there aren't any conditions that need to be coded ,,. however there was a visit ... would Z00.0 be appropriate?
In addition if a patient was referred to a social worker due to a the PHQ-9 screening .. after and/or during the visit the patient does not want to pursue help. there isn't a condition to code would Z00.0 also be used here?
