Is anyone else finding that the 2013 codes for emgs are being reimbursed at a lower rate than the 2012? Am i doing something wrong? Please help!

If I'm remembering correctly, the RVU's for 95886 were reduced a bit from 2012 to 2013. I'll see if I can find some info for you. Do you have any specific info you're comfortable with posting on here?

Are you having trouble getting pd for these studies thru Medicare and Healthspring?
I am in Tennessee and we are getting denials statting that CPT 95886 must be billed with a primary procedure code which we are also billing 95910 and it is primary.
