Has anyone else had the 95886 kick out for anatomical modifiers? This has not happened in the past, and now the 95886 is denying. I cannot find any updated information. Typically, I would bill 95886 with units. Humana was the first to start denying the code - UHC Dual Complete has now began denying claims as well.

We have had the same issue. We are trying to bill with an RT/ LT depending on the limb studied. If we have 2 units then we are putting them on separate lines with the RT or LT.
