I will like some feedback on modifiers:
1... Patient seen by Ortho Dr. then seen for Physical Theraphy same day
I billed E&M CPT99213 -25 for Dr. for one invoice then PT CPT97140 and CPT97110 no modifiers with PT provider another invoice.
2.. Patient seen by Ortho Dr. with E&M and Injection then seen for Physical Theraphy same day
I billed E&M CPT99213 -25 and Inject single tendon sheath/ligament aponeur CPT 20550 for Dr. for one invoice then PT 97116 no modifier with PT provider another invoice. (Would there anoth modifier for this)
