Wiki E&M charge for behavioral/learning/adhd evaluation

I work for a primary care doctor that does behavioral and learning evaluations. I am trying to find out how she should be coding to bill for these visits. Can she bill an e&m level and 96132 along with it or does she just bill 96132. These visits are about 1 hr long sometimes a little longer and she has them do all the paperwork/tests before hand so that when they come in she can just look over it all.

Hello there, the neuropsych eval is bundled into the E/M visit. It can be unbundled when both services are distinct but that doesn't appear to be case here.

So what e&M code would you bill for this a normal 99215 or 99205 for new pt? Or are you using a consult code e&M level code (like 99244)
