Hello,
Curious to know if anyone here has billed for Percutaneous Arteriovenous Fistula creation? & if so have you been successfully reimbursed for AVF code G2170 in POS 11?
Also, curious to know if anyone has billed any commercial payer for this service? did you use unlisted code 37799 and if so did the payer actually pay?

Did you ever get a response on your question? We are looking to do the same in POS 11
 
Hello,
I didn’t get any feedback. But from our own research. Commercial payers reimbursement is very low. Our MAC ( Palmetto) has loaded a fee schedule.
