How do you code for elevating PSA that hasn't actually gone above the accepted normal range? Help please?

How about 790.93---Elevated prostate specific antigen, PSA??

That is what I want to use, but am unsure if it is correct because the level has not actually gone outside the accepted normal range.

A code should be per documentation. If it is documented elevated PSA, we should stick to basics and code 790.93.

yes I would also go with 790.93
