Wiki elevate skin graft

Not sure if there is a code for this. The patient has a recurrence of sarcoma. Had previous skin graft. Now plastic surgeon elevates the previous skin graft for the ortho surgeon to re-excise the sarcoma. Then laid the free flap back down.
The flap was not excised or replaced. It was just lifted up and put back down.

What code did the ortho surgeon bill? Does your surgeon maybe need to bill the same code with assistant or co-surgeon modifier...if allowed?
