Wondering if the telehealth codes 99211-99215 billed with interactive audio and video for place of service 2, can be billed on time, or elements for history, exam(limited or none), and mdm? I just heard something mentioned that these could only be billed on time, so I'm slightly confused. I also can't find an official source that says this is true. Hoping someone can clarify this. Thanks!

These codes follow the 1995 or 1997 guidelines regardless of the setting that they are provided in.
