Does anyone know the DX code for a patient who is having an annual EKG and is on long term med (Risperdal) v58,69?

I would assume you need the dx for the the reason the pt is on risperdal (i.e. adhd, add, odd, etc.)

you might look at V70.0 for routine general medical exam if none of the exclusions apply and the EKG is normal.
