Wiki ekg/coronary stent

I need some of your expertise here. Our billers have taken on billing hospital ekg's using 93010 cpt. They are getting denials for them when done on the same day as a procedure. ekg and stent same day. Is this correct? CCI edit says standard of medical procedure. Anyone!

We do hospital billing for EKG's as well, we modify the EKG with a 59.
