Please Help 
Starting to bill EKG, for date of service are we supposed to use the date the EKG was done or the Date the Dr. read and confirmed the report.
I.E. Have EKG that was performed on 1/31, but Dr. didn't read it until 2/1 and confirmed DX on that date. which to use as DOS 1/31 or 2/1.
