Our internal Medicine MD had patient in office for 4 hours of constant monitoring--face-to-face. The only details I have are that he did several ekgs, Blood pressure monitoring, and telemetry for cardiac arrhythmia and had to give an oral Rx. Please help me find cpt for these monitoring procedures. Thank you.
 
Telemetry, BP and EKG monitor follow up to first question

rapid a-fib at 160 bpm. The patient was on continuous monitoring during this office visit.
