We have a pt that is on Trisonex she has to come in once a week to get an EKG done. Can anyone help me with the correct dx code to use for this?

Because Trisonex is an (arsenic trioxide), look at your LCD L28255. This drug could cause various side effects: (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain), fatigue, swelling, hyperglycemia (an abnormal increased content of sugar in the blood), shortness of breath, cough, rash or itching, headache, and dizziness.
